Do I need proof of funds to join the buyer list?
No. Proof of funds is optional when joining. Buyers without POF are added as Prospective Buyers.
What happens if I upload proof of funds?
Buyers with acceptable proof of funds may be classified as Approved Buyers and may receive complete property details when an opportunity matches their criteria.
What information do Prospective Buyers receive?
Prospective Buyers may receive teaser property alerts with general property information, but full property details may be withheld until the buyer is approved.
What information do Approved Buyers receive?
Approved Buyers may receive the full property package, including the address, photos, property details, pricing information, access instructions, offer deadline, available disclosures, and supporting information when available.
Can wholesalers join the list?
No. The Property Exit Plan buyer network is for end-buyers only. Wholesalers, daisy-chainers, and buyers intending to remarket opportunities without authorization should not join.
Can I submit proof of funds later?
Yes. A Prospective Buyer may submit proof of funds later to be reviewed for Approved Buyer status.
What markets are currently covered?
Current buyer markets include Bay, Okaloosa, and Walton Counties in Florida, plus East Baton Rouge, Ascension, Livingston, and West Baton Rouge Parishes in Louisiana.
Will I receive every property?
No. Property alerts should be based on the acquisition criteria you provide. The goal is to notify buyers when an opportunity reasonably matches their buy box.
Does joining the buyer list guarantee access to a property?
No. Joining the buyer list does not guarantee property availability, access, acceptance of an offer, or a transaction.
Can a previous successful closing qualify me as an Approved Buyer?
Yes. A buyer who has successfully closed a prior transaction through Property Exit Plan may be treated as an Approved Buyer even if new proof of funds is not required.
